Product lifetime does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser or the physical durability of the hardware components.

5. Service Availability

Cloud services depend on:

  • internet connectivity

  • availability of D-Link cloud servers

  • compatibility between device firmware and cloud platform.

D-Link does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free cloud service availability.

Where possible, D-Link will provide reasonable notice before significant service changes.

8. Product End-of-Support

When a product reaches End-of-Life (EOL) or End-of-Support (EOS) status:

  • cloud management services for that product may be limited or discontinued

  • firmware updates and security patches may no longer be provided.

Product lifecycle announcements will be published on the official D-Link website.

9. Service Availability by Region

Cloud management services may vary by country or region due to regulatory requirements, infrastructure availability, or service deployment limitations.

D-Link reserves the right to limit, modify, or discontinue cloud services in certain regions where required by applicable laws, regulations, or operational considerations.

10. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining secure account credentials

  • ensuring proper device firmware updates
