# R15-How to setup Quick VPN connection

### Connect your device to the Wi-Fi of the R15 router.

### Open a browser and type <http://R15-XXXX.local./> or <http://192.168.0.1> then press Enter

*\*XXXX Last 4 digit of the router’s mac address*

### Enter your administrator password

*If you have not changed the default password, check on the configuration card. Click Login.*

### Go to Features > Quick VPN&#x20;

1. **L2TP over IPSec**: Quick VPN uses L2TP protocol
2. **Username**: Enter a username
3. **Password**: Enter a password containing both numbers and letters with 8 to 64\
   characters in length.
4. **PSK**: Enter a Pre-shared Key between 6 and 64 characters.
5. **Scroll up and save the settings**
