# R15-How to backup or restore the configurations

### Connect your device to the Wi-Fi of the R15 router.

### Open a browser and type <http://R15-XXXX.local./> or <http://192.168.0.1> then press Enter

*\*XXXX Last 4 digit of the router’s mac address*

### Enter your administrator password.

If you have not changed the default password, check on the configuration card. Click Login.

#### **Back up**

**Go to Management > System Admin > System**

* Click the **Save** button across **Save Settings to Local Hard Drive**

* Config.bin will be saved to your Downloads Folder

#### RESTORE

**Go to Management > System Admin > System**

* Click the **Select File** button across Load Settings from Local Hard Drive

* Choose the config.bin from your Downloads Folder

* Click Open

#### Once config.bin is selected

* Click Restore

* Click Okay

* Wait until restore process is done

* Restore configuration file success
