Log into your router. Open a web browser and enter the IP address of the router into the
address bar. The default IP is http://192.168.0.1 or click here http://dlinkrouter.local./

Enter your administrator password. If you have not changed the default password, leave
this field blank.

Click Login.

Under Home tab, click on Connected Clients

Click the Pencil Tool for the desired device you want to set Parental Control with

Edit the Rule according to your preference
-Vendor: Displays the vendor of the client
-MAC Address: Displays the MAC address of the client
-IP Address: Displays the current IP address of the client
-Reserve IP: Enable to reserve an IP address for the client. (Should be the same with what it gets from the router)
-Parental Control: Enable Parental Control for the client to specify whether it is allowed network access.
