# Covr-X1870 – How to set up Wi-Fi SSID with COVR (Desktop)

Connect the second set Covr to computer with lan cable. Open your Internet browser (Internet Explorer/Firefox) and enter <http://covrXXXX.local./> **(Please check bottom covr sticker)**

### Enter your admin password and tap, Log In

### Click Settings-> Wireless.

In the Wi-Fi name (SSID) field, enter a unique wireless network name. (This is the name you will see when scanning for wireless networks on your computer/wireless device).

In the password field, enter a new password of at least 8 characters. Click **Save** when you’re done. You will need to connect to your new Wi-Fi network using your new password.
