# How to backup & restore configuration

Open a web browser and enter <http://XXXX.devicesetup.net/> in your browser’s URL field\
(where “xxxx” are the last four digits of the E15’s MAC address)

Move the cursor to the Management tab at the left corner of the screen, then click\
System.

**Save Settings to Local Hard Drive** - Save the system settings in a file to the local hard\
drive. The configuration file will be saved in your browser’s download directory.

**Local Settings from Local Hard Drive** - Select the system settings from a previously\
saved file on the local hard drive. Click the Restore button that appears after the\
configuration file is selected to load the settings.
