Note: Performing a hard reset will restore the router to its factory default settings. This will
erase any custom configurations, including Wi-Fi settings, passwords, and network
configurations.
Hard Reset Procedure:
1
Locate the Reset button under the router. It is typically a small, pinhole-sized button
2
Use an unfolded paperclip, SIM card ejector, or any similar small object to press and hold
the Reset button for about 10-15 seconds. You will see the Power LED starts blinking or
you see the lights on the router flash
3
Release the reset button after holding it for the required time. The router will begin to
restart. This process may take a few minutes. Once the reboot is complete, the router will
return to its factory default settings.
Factory reset via Web GUI/App

Connect your computer, smartphone, or tablet to the router either via Wi-Fi or by using an
Ethernet cable.
