# DWR-M930-Resetting DWR-M930 4G LTE Router

**Soft Reset**

Connect your PC or smartphone to the DWR-M930 router either via Wi-Fi or using an\
ethernet cable.

Access the router’s web interface by entering its IP address into a web browser on the\
address bar <http://192.168.0.1> then press enter.

Enter your admin username and password. **Username**: admin, **Password**: (as printed\
on the device label at the bottom of the router)

### Go to the ‘Management’ tab at the top of the page then ‘System Settings’ on the lefthand side.

### Click on Reset to initiate the soft reset process.

### The Router will restart, and your settings will be back to the factory default settings.

**Hard Reset**

Ensure the router is powered on. Press and hold the reset button on the back side of the\
router for about 10 seconds.

The lights on the front of the router should start to flash (The power LED may go off or turn solid red) and then the device will reboot. Please allow for up to 1 minute for the reset process to complete.

Note: You need to reconfigure your router through GUI.
